If you are not completely satisfied with the manufacturing quality of your product, Strokeside Designs is happy to refund your money, providing the product is returned to us in its original condition and undamaged, including the outer packaging 30 days from purchase.
We do not offer Refund on our clothing line. You might be able to get a store credit instead ( please email us). You will be responsible for the cost of shipping associated with your case.
However, we will replace, at no cost, any order that has been fulfilled incorrectly or if a product is damaged. This can include items with the incorrect print, substantial print defects and wrong garment style/colour/size.

For most orders (regardless of shipping method) allow for a production time of 2-7 business days on average. The average for most common styles is 3-5 business days. Some colour/style combinations may take up to 7 business days.
NOTE: Some Items may be shipped from our US warehouse, hence might take a bit longer to arrive.
Strokeside Designs does not guarantee rush or production faster than what stated above ( although we will try our best to fulfill your request).
Ties, belts and wallets will be fulfilled from the Australian warehouse ( same as jewellery).

Most of our pieces are manufactured in 925 Sterling Silver, a composite of 92.5% of silver and 7.5% of copper. It is a standard rate at which silver and copper are mixed to create Sterling Silver jewelry pieces.
We also manufacture it in 14k yellow and white gold only upon request - however we stock the most popular pieces in ready gold ( please make an enquiry to check availability)
